Oakland police release video showing individual who shot and killed a food delivery driver
The Oakland Police Department released surveillance footage showing an individual approaching a car and firing his gun. This left the driver of a rideshare food delivery van dead.
Oakland police report that the incident took place on July 17, shortly after 11 a.m., in the 2000 block of 13th Avenue.
Two men are seen walking up to the car that is parked at the side of the street. After a brief argument, one man fires his weapon. Kon Fung, 52, was killed.

Judy Fung, Fung’s girlfriend, said to FOX2 that Fung was hardworking and took care of his family.
According to the report, he died on the spot of the incident.
Jim Nguyen is a community leader who assisted Fung’s family. He said that he was devastated to hear about his death.
Nguyen stated, “Personally I was devastated.” “It is amazing to see a young man go.
“When I sit inside a car I have to look around, because I fear someone is going to rob my car. Is this the Oakland we live in? Nguyen said.
