You may have recently tried logging into your CVS Health MyChart account, only to find that you’re unable to access your account because you cannot remember your password. There are several steps you can take in order to reset your password and gain full access.
First, check your email inbox for any message sent by us with the subject line Reset Your Password. Click on this link and follow the prompts. If no message is found in your email, head over to the login page and select Forgot Password. Follow these instructions carefully as they will guide you through resetting the password associated with that account.
Once you have reset your password, return to the CVS Health MyChart login page and enter your new password
- Enter your email address or username.
